Comments left:	There was a toy that was late '80s, but maybe early '90s. It was, if I remember correctly, shaped sort of like a submarine with one side being neon pink and the other side being neon green. On the bottom of the toy was a black plastic hook. It came with a hobermansphere-like ball that you sat on the ground. It also had a string that you hooked one end of to something (door handle/knob, etc) and held the other end which had a handle. You sat the neon sub-thing on the string using two small pulleys that were in it. Lifting the end of the string that you were holding, the sub slid down to the other end. The object of the thing was to try to hook the hoberman-like ball with the hook on the bottom of the sub. I have searched but haven't been able to find the name of this toy. Any ideas ?
