I liked the Yumbo so much that I re-created it; I shred yellow american cheese and ham, but instead of a bun, I put it on a wrap and spray it with garlic-flavored non stick spray, it makes it get a little crunch to it... a HUGE hit in my cafe, I can't make them fast enough. There are some secrets to preparing it tho :) enjoy!
