Oh I use to were these all the time too! was the rage! I too preferred the built in panty type. I was a lifeguard way back then and we had to were red shorts over the swimsuit, then after work I took off the swimsuit and put back on the shorts and wore them all day. thay were too comfortable! I just didn't have Dolfin thou. I also bought NIKE nylon shorts with the matching tops, PUMA, and Cobblestone witch i still buy and wear today while I work out and jog. these ones are so comfortable I wear them even to bed. I get them from teamsportswear under womens track appearal
