I had Stretch Monster, the guy who resembled the creature from the black lagoon. Oddly enough, my little sister LOVED him and played with him more than I did.

I had stretch arm monster which we busted by stretching too far, we put it in the fridge (or maybe the freezer) cos that was supposed to keep him healthy, don't remember who told me that but it was bollocks cos the arm still split and wierd goo came out, was like set glue if I remember!

Wasn't he filled with corn syrup or something like that. His dog's name was Fetch Armstrong.

That stuff that leaked out turned into industrial strength epoxy resin when it dried. I remember it ruined the finish on a bookshelf I had. Didn't he also come with bandages?

Fetch Armstrong! I had him. He got kind of gross after a while...the only thing that stayed normal looking was his plastic head.

I got one of these on Christmas. The next day it was missing. I found out later in life that my Dad and Uncle stretched it so much that it broke!!

A friend of mine has a stress ball that feels it's made out of the same stuff that Stretch Armstrong is made out of. Does anyone know where you can buy them??

I didn't have Stretch. I had Ollie the Stretch Octopus. He was blue and had stretchy legs. I was so sad when he started leaking and my dad made me throw him away.
