Balance of power was the final album by ELO. Jeff Lynne's songwriting still had it and catchy tunes such as "Calling America" and "So Serious" are great examples of this.

Reduced to a 3 piece group of Jeff Lynne (guitar,bass,keys,vocal and backing vocals) Richard Tandy (Keys) and Bev Bevan (Drums) certainly never dimished the quality of this album.

Although not classic sounding ELO certainly a great effort.
