Guns N Roses, "Appetite For Destruction" / 1988 Review by: Kate Larson
This is the biggest and the best rock release to date. Not only did it give you the raw ripping sound of Welcome to The Jungle, but it also gave you a soft sentimental sound of Sweet Child O'Mine. The explosive chemical mixture of front man, Axl Rose and the lead guitarist, Slash, fueled this rock machine. What keeps this band still close to hearts of many is the fact that they did not fade out and sell out. They vanished from the scene while they were still on top of the world. Guns N Roses 4-ever!!!!!
