One flavor was chocolate and the other was a most-excellent powdered doughnut flavor. I think I cried when they stopped making these...

Dinky donuts were only glazed flavor, you're thinking of Dunkin Donuts cereal which came in chocolate and powdered.
Chris - June 22, 2008 - Report this comment
Dinky Donuts definately came in a powdered donut flavor
Erik in Vegas - September 13, 2008 - Report this comment
Becky Smith was correct. They only came in glazed flaver and they were the best tasting things in the history of the world. If I was super rich I would pay people to make me some Dinky Donuts. The subpar Dunkin Doughnuts were chocolate and powdered.

Yeah these were awesome. They were a little bit softer right? Like real donuts. Not really crunchy. That's how I remembered them.

Please do not mistake Dinky Donuts for anything else!!!! The cereal that you guys are thinking about that came in the powdered and chocolate flavors was Donutz. Dunkin Donuts cereal came in glazed and chocolate, but not powdered.

You're damn right, Taj in FL - nothing ever could hold a candle to the original DONUTZ!!!! (The Powdered version, that is - of course!)

yes, these dinky donuts are NOT the same as DONUTZ! powdered donutz are the cereal that i remembered vaguely from my childhood (born in 1980)...so vaguely that i thought i imagined them! i still remember the smell...they were incredible. dinky donuts were ew. i am a powdered donut connoisseur, from the time i was barely speaking. i called 'em "do-dos". just ask my mom. :)
