Description
If I remember correctly, Quisp and Quake came out at the same time and were simular, but shaped differently.

Quake got voted off the cereal island and came back as King Vitacrap.

Always wanted either one of the miner's caps you could order from the back of the Quake box, or the propeller cap you could get from his rival, Quisp. Never got either one. :-( Had to settle for that dang Woody Woodpecker doll.

Quake was actually the same cereal as its pretend rival Quisp. The only difference was the shape of the cereal.

Quake was introduced in 1965 and disappeared in 1972. Starting as an overweight miner, Quake evolved into a slim, cowboy-superhero type in 1968. Later, he was teamed with a clumsy Quangaroo named Simon. Quake and Quisp shared a friendly rivalry in TV commercials, but Quisp outlasted him.
