It was like the Chocolate Chip Cookie Crisp, in the shape of little cookies, only they were vanilla, and didn't have chocolate chips. They came in a blue box instead of the brown one the choc chip ones came in. Also back then they didn't have Chip the dog, instead they had the cookie cop, who seems to have disappeared as did vanilla cookie crisp.
