Oh God these were ugly! You can still find plenty of them (yellowed) in your local thrift store for purchase-though I don't know who the heck would want them! It's really amusing when my kids watch Sesame Street videos from that era and the characters are "totally" in style with their acid-washed jeans and white hightop sneaks-ugh!

Loved them back then...they were so high they were covered everything just about up to your boobs, awesome coloring and dont forget how much better they looked with extra holes and rips in them...and THEN they were super popular with big huge rips with tights or something worn under them...i can honestly say, i really dont miss them lol
