I wish Au coton would come back. They were clothes you could count on. Talk about long lasting,i still have clothes from almost twenty years ago. I just had to reluctantly throw out a pair of their pants, a sad day it was. Please bring them back.

I used to work at an Au Coton in Woodbridge NJ for 4 years when I was in high school. They were great clothes...really popular. I remember all the pregnant people loving it in there because most of the stuff was baggy enough to be worn with a pregger stomach. I used to love the Savanne pants...had them in every color. I had a lot of fun at Au Coton....I think I still have some of the button pins from there.

I'm selling a woven beach top on eBay right now! Can't believe I'm parting with it after all these years but it's still like brand new. Au Coton was a great company with really good quality, long lasting clothing.

I received one AU COTON polo shirt as a present in the 80's. It's dusty pink, boxy, drop-shoulder, one-size for all, and of course, 100% cotton. It's the most comfortable shirt I have ever had. It has some holes at the seams now, but I still wear it, especially in a hot summer night. Yes, please come back, and come on-line too.

If Au Coton would come back to Southern California, I would be your best customer! I had just about every outfit in every color. Such great clothes! It would be most important to have the same quality as it was in the '80's - PLEASE, no cheaping out!!!!

I miss au coton so much. My friends and I used to shop there all the time as teenagers. The emerald square mall location, Melissa mentioned, was our place to shop. It would be so nice to have them around when pregnant!

I too LOVED my Au Coton....shopped the South Street store in Philly and would leave with 2-3 huge shopping bags of everything in all colors. I still have 2 of the boxy sweatshirts and I believe a hoodie or two ...30 years later?! I wish I kept the other items too...fun, cool, comfy and oh so stylish with the big belts, earrings and HAIR! 80's were the best! Bring back our Au Coton please!!

I have a sweater/sweatshirt that is so classy and comfortable. It must be 20-25 years old and still looks and feels great. It was manufactured in Canada. Is there a store that even resembles Au Coton in the states?

Let me first say it was popular b4 the 80's, since I worked at the one in Alexis Nihon in 1979 and they were already in full swing. At that time,we were already printing other things on the sweatshirts using this big square press with a big handle that wld lock down and heat the iron decal on it! Most comfortable clothes ever, long lasting pretty cotton!!!!

I remember their store in Montreal at Alexis Nihon Plaza. I bought up stuff back in the late 80s. Yesterday I found a bright coral top in thick waffle cotton that is Au Coton. It's so nice that I greedily want more. It seemed all over the place and now it's rare it seems. I bet this top will last for years and years. It looks so fresh!

I remember in the 80s I used to go visit my grandmother in New Jersey. In the summer time I had a a job, when I got paid I would go to the mall and treat myself to an outfit (Au Cotton). Their clothes are oversized loose-fitting and comfortable. Fun clothing to wear. Please, come back. .

I loved Au Coton!!!! I still have the last $50 gift certificate that I bought 12/19/1992 @ Southridge Mall in Milwaukee!!! They refused to refund my money when the stores closed 1 week later without notice 😢
