i remember i had a body glove shirt. It was black with neon writing on it and it had a small faux turtle neck (it was a summer shirt) and of course the tag with the big handprint. I have a pic of my wearing it on my 16th birthday. I still have that shirt 19 years later! No i dont wear it anymore.

In 1987, my girl friend at that time had a great Body Glove one piece swimsuit with a black zipper in front. It was all yellow with black sides and it was made of neoprene like a wetsuit. She was so sexy wearing it. That swimsuit was so popular they made a remake of it in the early 2000's.

This label was hugely popular at the end of the 80s. I remember girls wearing neoprene Body Glove minidresses in the skin-tight style popularized by Azzedine Alaia. There was an influential design team out of London in the mid-80s called Bodymap and it took me a while to get used to another name that started with Body; their styles were very different, though.

1987 Ocean City, MD, bought tons oF Body Glove clothing @ boardwalk store Where I worked. Still have a black sweatshirt with neon yellow BODY GLOVE decal that I wear around the house even now. It's in perfect condition 27 years later!! Made well!!
