When it was popular: 1983-1989
Description: A pant usually made by parents, after buying the material from a linen store, as all parents did back then, excessively popular in Australia. They are slightly loose cotton pants with excessively bright coloured colours all over them, sometimes in repeated pattens, every kid on the block had a pair of happy pants!
