When it was popular:
Description: Long heavy winter coats that finished just above the knee. They looked similar to the coat worn by Paddington Bear. Duffle coats came in black and navy blue. In Australia, both Collingwood and Carlton Football fans would add the number of their favourite player on the back of their coat.

I still have one in the cupboard! I'm a Collingwood supporter, so mine is black with the number 22 on the back and some sew on Collingwood badges on the sleeves.
