I wore this look briefly in 1986 or 1987. It was so bulky and unattractive, especially since the tees were huge to begin with! Too much rolled fabric. Shortly thereafter, kids started wearing the giant tees with "t-clips" to one side of our waists, ewwwww!

It sounds liek layering. But their layered already.
