Description: Came in blue and white and green and white - worn over leggins w/slouch socks (EG Smiths) over...when it was warmer out - the sleeves would get cut off of the rugby's for a summer look!

I used to be so jealous of the kids who wore Bennetton clothes. My mother would have never been able to afford it back then but I remember the ad campaigns back then.

Mine was BLUE! And I loved it. I wore it with my Club Monaco khaki jodhpurs!
i had one which was large green and white hoops with a large embroidered benetton motif on the left of the chest, never saw another, it was the best, far better than the common ones.
I ALSO HAD THIS TYPE RUGBY SHIRTS IN ALL COLORS..
i really wanted one of these, had no chance so i ended up with a lookalike by gallini it was crap, so were my gola trainees and walker tracksuit, good job my mates were understanding!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was lucky enough to have the blue and the green rugby shirts. I still have them and will not part with them. My wife just wants me to toss them but I had way too much fun when I wore them!
I actually had both colors- the blue and the green.. and remember the knock off Coca-Cola ones that were circulating at the time..lol they were red :) remember those... ahh good times
I was first introduced to Benetton back in 84 when I moved from NC to Mt.Vernon NY. When I went back to visit my folks in NC I was the fashion king. I rocked a freddy kugar red/blue stripped one.
I had the green rugby....loved it.....
just bought one on ebay a century it cost me am i mad or just nostalgic xxx ps hope it fits
I HAVE GOT A GREEN AND WHITE AND BLUE AND WHITE,BRAND NEW WITH TAGS-AND A BLUE AND WHITE NEW WITHOUT TAGS AND A USED BLUE AND WHITE IN GREAT CONDITION AND THE YELLOW AND BLUE IN GREAT CONDITION.ALL WITH THE BENETTON ON FRONT.UNITED KINGDOM
They were $40 a piece. Coca-Cola was red with the logo in white. I think Pepsi Cola had one too that was blue and the logo was white. Lol!

Has this rugby in blue back in mid 80's and was the only one in my school. Maybe, 2-3 kids heard of Bennetton, but loved that rugby!

I've seen the green, blue and purple. They also sold Colors perfume. You can still find it at some drug stores and perfumania.
