These were popular in my school in 1982- when I was in the 5th grade! I had tons of them! They started to become popular again after the September 11, 2001 attacks, as people made them in red, white, and blue.
LOVED THEM LOVED THEM LOVED THEM~
Much of my free time in the primary school years in the early 80's were spent creating these neato little things. I still have all of mine. Lots of fun memories creating and making these with my friends....
i remember all the girls in Junior High with these pinned to their sneakers.
