Description: These pants had long gusseted cargo pockets that went from the waist to about halfway down the front of the thigh. The pant seams were vertical rather than horizontal. The pants were fitted in the waist and hips and very baggy in the thighs. The ankles could be closed with snaps to give a more tapered appearance.

Why is our economy and country in the toilet?

I still have several pairs including the rare denim ones. HUGE DEEP pockets! They were basically Girbaud pants although my Forenza's pockets are wider. I even still have a Karidies brand with even deeper pockets. Those do not have ankle snaps.

Also popular were the carpenter/painters pants from The Limited/Forenza. Huge deep front patch pockets you could loose car keys in.
