I remember the IOU shirts very well! I got into the IOU craze circa 1990 and purchased them like there was no tomorrow until Merry Go Round went out of business :( I think my parents might have one of two of them still in storage, I'm gonna have to see if they can ship them out to me! :)

The thing I liked about IOU shirts is, most of them had the year they were made printed on them. They were made very well, & I still wear mine today.

When I was in 6th grade in about '90 I moved one town away. At my home town school we skated and started raiding our parents records. I clothes shopped at the local record store and wore Airwalks and Vans. Upon moving to the next town over, Miamisburg Ohio, all these kids were wearing these gay shirts that said LEGENDARY across them, Guess jeans and Skidz. Even at 10 I knew these clothes sucked really bad. Z cavirici or what ever and tight rolls. What a stupid fad. I was listening to Black Flag, Slayer and The Greatfull Dead and these dorks were listening to MC Hammer, New Kids and Vanella Ice. Still makes me sick to this day.

Your spelling is atrocious. Maybe bright shirts with big block lettering spelling things out would have been beneficial to you.
