Description: A cotton T-shirt (usually fluorescent yellow or pink)with sleeves rolled up to expose the shoulder to look really macho and cool. Bruce Springsteen was a prime example of this technique.

Girls did this too, though not up to the shoulder. It was like french cuffing your t-shirt....
I've seen girls roll the sleeves up to the shoulder nowadays, some are rolled up to the shoulder regardless of how short the sleeves are

I'm a girl, and I rolled the sleeves up to the shoulder sometimes. I also wore two tees or contrasting bright colors and cuffed them to show both colors.
