I was fortunate to own a "beat it jacket".It was made out of pleater.when my parents took me to get one (at meery go round of course) all they had was black not red like the video.I wore it proudly anyway.The best was the chain mail shoulder made out of one piece of molded plastic.

My dad brought home an authentic leather Michael Jackson "Thriller" jacket for me...it was probably around 1991 way after it was out of style. It stayed in my closet until I graduated from college and returned home to clean out my closet. I gave it to charity. If I had forseen the rise of Ebay, I would kept it. I am sure somebody would have paid well for it!

i had the red one with the buttons at the top. I got it as a gift from my mom in 1985, i was in kingderdarten. i kept it for about 2 years before my aunt tore the sleeve horseplaying
