Description
Sex: Female
Type of clothing: purses with liz claiborne logo pattern
When it was popular: 86-87
Description: Purses that were usually vinyl? with Liz Claiborne logos. Some had raised Liz logos. In many colors though they always tended to be a lighter color with darker color logos with lond strap. They were expensive by middle-school standards, so were totally about showing off (along with being able to buy esprit or OP logo shirts/sweats)... Went well with light jeans/reebok hitops look.

Definitely! All of the rich girls had these. I had one too but I wasn't rich, I just had to have a lot of trends over fancy toys or other things. Anyway I remember them exactly as described above. They were quite tiny purses, I realize now. No wonder so many of us were carrying them in middle school.

They weren't all tiny. My mother had a big Liz bucket bag in '84. It was "taupe" with the logo in dark brown.
