Description: Factory faded powder blue Levis, probably 501's or maybe 540's, with the cuff folded over in the front and then rolled up once or twice so it was tight around the ankle, a little higher than their Air Jordans or other leather basketball sneakers.

Where I went to school, we called it "Pegged Pants". It was very un-cool not to "peg" your pants...or you'd be accused of wearing "Bell Bottoms" It lasted throughout High School until the early 90's.

We use to roll our pants up like that back in the 70's. Everyone did it! Us girls and the boys as well:D

I never tight rolled my jeans in the late 80s. I thought it looked stupid and conformist. I won`t do it now either.
