Description
Sex: femal
Type of clothing: Unisa sandals
When it was popular: '83-'88
Description: These were low-heeled sandals that had thin straps that criss-crossed and tied around your ankles, and three rows of beads over the toes. At first, they only came in beige leather with white beads; in later years you could get them with different colored beads, including metallics. They were actually really comfortable and flattering; I was sorry they went out of style.

My sister was glued to these shoes in 1983 she was 15 I was 12 years old.I loved how they looked and and how she look wearing them and also how they sound when she walked in them too.My sister Kim alway saw me looking at her sandals and her pretty little toes all panted up so she tell me to kiss her sandals or at the end of the day come in my bed room and tell me to untie her ankle straps and leave with out her shoes.I would rest my face in her sandals and fall a sleep in them and get a great sleep. My sis Kim love to wear her light blue skin tight spandex bubblegum jeans that has an ankle zipper on them so I'm in the car chewing my bubbleyum bubblegum on the way to lunch and my sis ran in the post office quick that when I stuck my chewed bubblegum in a wrapper put on her seat and she got back and she sat down on it.We got to WENDY'S for lunch and we are stuck on line so because I love her shoe so much that why I stuck another one of my huge wad of sticky pink bubbleyum bubblegum in a small plastic bag then stuck it next to her left shoe and wait to move.I then moved and so did Kim and the plastic bag stuck on her left shoe now it's 5 minutes later we're walking to a table and I yell hey Kim you got a plastic bag stuck on your left sandal so she shakes her foot back and forth and see it still stuck to her and everyone is looking and laughing now.Kim got to the table and sat down in them wooden seats and told me to pull the bag off her sandal then we eat our it's time to leave and I'm behind Kim watching her left shoe getting stuck to the floor and I say hey Kim your left sandal getting stuck to the tile floor and she said yeah!!!I said quickly Kim you got paper stuck on your bum so she stuck her tray down on a table and stuck her both hands on her butt and felt the sticky bubblegum stuck on her bum now she embarrassed because everyone looking at her with a big smile so she like come on let's go and she grabs her tray and her left sandal is now totally stuck and I hear aaaaaaaaa I'm stuck and she's wiggling her foot and ankle her foot heel comes up about 2 inches now everyone totally laughing at Kim and she said get down and grab my ankle and pull I can't move I'm stuck.Sooooooooo funny.

When I was in high school in Orlando, Florida during the 80's I totally love those sandals too. I was a 85 pound red head with blue eyes being half Irish and half Italian girl and I was glue wearing them all over the place. One day in art class one of the kids in class spilled glue on the floor where I was and never told me so I stuck both of my feet in the puddle and I stood their for like 10 minutes and I was totally STUCK when I went to move. I bent over and grabbed my ankles and started pulling and my sandals did not move at all then I broke my left leather ankle strap and still I was STUCK boy!!! someone really got me good. I still laugh today at that sticky moment I had.
