I remember this line of clothing. Horrendously expensive and way out of my parent's budget for this type of clothing. Neat stuff, though.

I remember going to the fabric store with my mom and finding a CBH pattern that came with an iron-on logo that you could put on your finished garment. I bought the pattern, and was so excited. I searched and searched and found white knitted fabric with blue stripes identical to the fabric pictured on the pattern. I complted the garments-a crew neck tee and matching long straight skirt both with rib trim-and was ready to put the finishing touches on my "designer" outfit. I followed the directions to a tee, and the stupid iron-on came right off! I was soooo disappointed because I couldn't afford the real thing. Serves me right for wanting that junk anyway...

I worked at the one on LI from the day it opened. One of the greatest stores of all time. Those were the days!

Bright pastels, pinks, greens, yellows, blues. Yarn knit sweaters. Costed about 50 bucks and up. They were similar to the brand Kitty Hawk sweaters.
