Description: Available in every color of the pastel rainbow, these candy-coated cotton overalls featured flimsy string ties at the top instead of the standard heavy-duty suspenders. The logo was an inverted triangle sewn onto the center back and sported an iced-cream cone with the words A. Smile on top and Gelati below. The only girls who could pull this look off were the snotty cheerleaders or drill-team members -- anyone over 120 pounds looked like a pastel dairy farmer. Pale pink was the most popular color at my high school.

I had lavender short ones... I thought I looked hot, then I say my friend Marcy wearing her bright pink ones with leg warmers!!!!
they came in jeans too! They were my favorite type of jeans actually! Wish they still had them.
I had the lavender jeans. I wore them mainly with a cream colored sweater with lavender hearts. I loved those jeans! They were so comfy! Of course now that I'm 38 and I'm no longer a size 3, I'd probably look like a cow in them.
I had light blue ones, I loved mine, but it was heard to re-tie them if you had to go to bathroom. I wish they would've been in style more then a couple years. Maybe someone will design them again. They have with everything else

I got a pair in the 8th grade!! I was so happy,(couldnt believe my mom let me!!) any was my cousin spilled nail polish on the leg, the 1st day I wore them!!! but gosh I loved those bibs, does anyone out there remember the Sara Jeans?? they were metallic denim?
My Mom had the pink overalls and I had the purple when I was 7. They were my favorite and I still wish I had them or my mom's pair now. ABring them back!! And the label was the best. Dont forget your tin of lip smackers to put in the pocket!!
