Description: Stretchy pants with an elastic waist that had an additional piece of elastic sewn to the bottom foot opening. The elastic was worn hooked under your heel, A STIRUP. It was popular to wear scrunchy socks over the top of these. And don't for get your KEDS!!!

I'm waiting for them to come back in style, my supply from 20 years ago is wearing out. I got the from JC. Penneys cotton and tall sizes they keep my ankles warm and are oh so comfortable.

i had a pair in pink when I was a kid. Wore them to death. Mine were more like joggers though rather than stretchy.
