Description: It had to be the ultra-super hold in the pink can-- we would literally go through at least a can a week to hold up our huge, 10" teased to the sky hair-- the bangs especially! That stuff held like shellac. We used to refer to it as "Aqua Helmet".

I remember using this stuff every morning and agonizing over my teased bangs making sure they looked just right, and spraying the heck out of them. That stuff held like no other.
I told my mom about Aqua Net, and she told me that it was popular during the 50s and 60s.
LMAO@ the description. That about sums it up. I used this stuff maybe once & could not use it again. It was way to sticky for me. Altho this stuff was great on those windy days you had to go out. LMAO
I never liked this stuff-it stunk, went on way too wet, and didn't hold my hair at all. I liked Stiff Stuff way better.
All i can say is the bigger the hair the better...and that stuff was the best!!!
