Description: I can't believe no-one has mentioned Guess? jeans. The ones that cost .00 a pair back in 1988? Had to have a few of those - SORRY MOM! Actually the ones with the zippers at the ankles were the ONLY jeans that fit me in the length. That's the ONLY reason I talked my mom into getting me some! Oh, and then there were the Guess? shirts, and socks, and one pink ruffled layer skirt I had that was Guess? I LOVED that skirt!

Man I remember BEGGING my mom for a pair of those and I finally got my first pair with the zippers on the ankles... The button flies were my favorite!

I had only 1 pair of Guess? jeans which is kind of surprising because I was fairly into fashion as a kid and teen! But yes, they were absolutely everywhere and I remember everyone would "check" everyone else for that upside down triangle on the back of the jeans.

My first pair were when I was in 7th grade, they were a size 4/6. Mine were actually from France though. My Aunt had gone to France a few years prior & bought them. She heard me going no & on about these Guess jeans & brought me to her bedroom & pulled them out & said "Do you mean these jeans?" I nearly cried! These were it! SHe had these jeanms for like 5 or 6 years! They were exactly like the Guess Jeans all the girls were buying NOW! She got em in Paris... Mine were kick ass. A beautiful blue rinse to the denim, they looked special. ppl asked me all about them. All the labels were 100% french. I was the shiznit for

The ULTIMATE in Guess jeans were the ones with the flaps! And of course you had to have the matching jacket or vest. Who remembers the store MGA in NYC? They ONLY sold Guess

I think this was the most popular, most influential jeans brand at the end of the 80s/early 90s. I remember my mother complaining about how expensive my sister's ones were.

I wanted a pair so badly in Junior High. They just cost too much. We were poor. I would get the last's year's T shirts and sweatshirts at TJ Maxx the following year though.

I had a niece clean blue guess jeans one day after school I took the city bus to work so their is no seat but one and I walked over and squeezed past the man next to the seat with the gum on it and I just sat down or flopped because I went on the gum fast.A half hour later I went to stand up and the gum is stretching so I flopped back in my seat the guy next to me is laughing so I stood up and walked sideway past the man and the gum is stretching on to him then he got up to me out.I love seeing people faces when I have sat down in gum LUV IT FUNNY,FUNNY,FUNNY LOL LUV IT.

Would love to see the ankle zipper Guess? jeans come back in high waist made of stretch denim. My wife looked so good in her 90's Guess? ankle zip jeans!

I had the purple and pink flowered guess jeans. You know the ones that were worn in "back to the future"? YUP those were my favorite...with my white converse high-tops.

I remember when I was a teenager. Guess jeans were all the rage in my school. I begged my parents to buy me a pair of jeans. My first pair was dark military green jeans. And I have midnight blue denim mini skirt with buttons. I LOVE THAT skirt so much!

These jeans were for boys, too! I had a pair around college because I thought the girls would like me better. My parents thought the jeans were silly because they were just like Levi's only twice as much. Of course they were right and they didn't help me with the ladies!
