This was a knockoff of Hypercolor shirts. I remember them, but bought the real thing--Generra Hypercolor. I still have 4 of them, and they work just fine after all these years.

I had a Body Glove T-shirt that did this, back in 89/90 or so, and it actually looked quite a bit nicer than the Hypercolor shirts, since it had an actual design on the front, in different colors, rather than being one solid color. It can still change colors, but you really need to heat it up, and it's slow to react.
