I read the post about Zips sneakers. The person said that the song went something like, "z-z-z-zips". Well, I remember the song, word for word. Don't ask why or how. Here ya go:

Now I know what the fresh Prince was singing about in "Parents Just Don't Understand": "I asked my mom for Adidas and she bought me Zips!"

I Have a pair of theses still.
I remember seeing a commercial for these shoes when I was younger, and I wanted them. I never got them, though. My parents bought me some other shoes, instead. The commercial was cool, though.
