Description
Inclusive cake mix made by BETTY CROCKER in the 80's. Unfortunately is no longer in production. Came in a few flavors. Yellow Cake with Chocolate frosting and others, but my favorite was the Lemon Cake with Lemon Frosting. The cake mix, frosting and foil lined cardboard baking pan were all included in the box. All you did was add water to the mix and bake. Once the cake cooled, you opend the packet of frosting and whoala. One of the best things I ever ate or made, as a kid.

OMG, while growing up this was the only kind of cake my stepmother could make. I remember the chocolate cake with white icing and those little round sprinkles the most!!

Betty Crocker, please bring back the stir and frost cakes!!! They were just the right size for a small family. My nest is empty again, and it would be great for me and my husband.

Betty Crocker has the same thing out now only they're packaged in small microwavable bowls. Pour the mix into the bowl, add water and microwave it for a couple of minutes, after it cools(it cools really quickly) open the frosting and there you have it, an individual sized serving of cake, brownies or even cookies.
