Description
Burger King had more than one grilled chicken sandwich in the late '80s, they had 3! The only difference between them was the toppings and cheeses. I think Burger King still sells one of them, its about the only thing left at Burger King that isn't deep-fried.

Those were sooooo good! They have a different chicken sandwich now, but, it's different.

Oh, I miss the BK Broilers. Those were my FAVORITE! They have the Chicken Whopper now? Whatever it is, it is NO replacement for the Broiler. YUM!

Oh, man. BK Broilers were scrumdiddlyumptious! I remember my mom and I would go to BK just for this sandwich. Now, I just get the fish burger or a double Whopper. What I would give for Burger King to bring back the BK Broiler!! :)

I remember these from the VERY late 80s, my mom was coming to pick me up from school and she was picking up some BK on the way and asked what I wanted. I wanted a chicken sandwich, but the breaded kind, so when she came to get me she said, "The BK broiler?" and at first I was disappointed, but it became my favorite chicken sandwich after that.

I think I remeber the Italian one, it was the only one I would get as a kid if I wasn't game for a kids meal.

That picture is not from the 80s. That is actually BK's modern logo.

I loved the BK Broiler till recent years. I think they've changed and not just in size and shape -- The last one i had tasted like boiled chicken and had no real flavor. Bring back the BK Broilers!!!
