Description
These were the size of real cigarettes, wrapped in paper even. Think they had flour in them so when you'd blow through it...looked like smoke coming from the tip.

They looked cool, but the gum was rock-hard and tasted like crap!

I remember these. They were good. I also remember the cigarrette candy and my brothers trying to light the end of theirs.

I seem to remember two different kinds; the ones that were rock hard and the ones that were soft. Either of them will never be sold again. It's a wonder they could still be sold in the 1980's.

I remember always getting as when the "smoke" ran out...the gum was hard, but had a great taste for like 2 seconds.

I loved these things but my parents hated when I got my hands on them...my mom was always so afraid someone would think her kid was actually lighting up! I only remember the ones that were hard as rocks!

My cousin and I use to walk around with these pretending that we were smoking. Good thing it didn't catch on!

You can actually still buy these. I worked at a vintage candy store and was addicted to them.

I remember these very well. When I was a kid I thought they were cool, if only to play pretend smoking. as a gum it sucked but used to scare the adults. Funny thing is NOW I can't stand smoke or smokers.

I tried these once. The gum was awful. I felt funny about pretending to smoke so I never had another one. My parents were non-smokers so I guess it caught on.

I never remember getting any that was gum. The kind we always got was the Stallion brand and it was just candy. Wasn't the best tasting stuff either we just thought it was cool.

they had like powdered sugar on them so when you put one in your mouth and puffed, it would make a little sugar cloud that looked like smoke. Great way to teach kids how to smoke. LOL!
