they sucked

Yeah, they did suck. The description of two sweetened cheerios may be accurate, but it doesn't describe the flavor and texture. Which was suck.

I actually liked them myself. They weren't bad. I think they came out in 1983, probably when "Return of the Jedi" was released.

I loved 'em myself - these, Cookie Crisp, and Donkey Kong cereal (which was a 'Cap'n Crunch rip-off) were my faves!

I thought this was a dream! WOW, this is wierd. Did you guys ever think something was a dream and then find out it really happedned?!

Yes, I definitely have. I couldn't find anyone else who remembered this cereal for years, and so I actually wondered for a while if it was something I'd dreamed or imagined as a kid. (Maybe because it's one of those "truth is stranger than fiction" things-- come on, they wouldn't really make a cereal called that, would they? But apparently someone did.)

I still have a box that I folded down. the def had a dif taste but I loved them, helped that I was/am a star wars geek..lol

I was so excited to try these. And they were horrible. And the worst part was my mom wouldn't buy any more cereal until I finished the box. It was so awful, I would skip breakfast and throw a couple handfuls in the trash until they were gone.

I actually don't remember them being significantly worse than most movie/TV tie-in cereals of the 80s. (Granted that's not saying much, but I remember worse cereals.) They just tasted to me like a blander, harder version of Cheerios with a sugar coating.

Not nearly as good as the underrated ET cereal!
