omg! i so remember this stuff. it tasted like kool aide and got you real buzzed. i think it was real weak probly why it took a 2 liter. but i remember drinking a bunch with a friend when i was like 14 and runnung all over her trailer park in our nightys rippin drunk

does anybody have a recipe for an 80's food?

california coolers were great, were are they? they split with zima, down the road, never saw two liter but i had cases delivered to me, glug glug glug, now i slam tilt and sparks, drunk and alert.

I remember when the 2 liters came out about the same time they started putting pop in 2 liter bottles. The old lady at the carry out thought it was pop. She would sell it to any and every kid. People (underage kids) were coming from miles around to buy California Coolers at this carryout. The owner didn't figure it out for a long time. I remember they were so popular there that they couldn't order enough. They'd order 200 bottles and they would be sold out within the day.

These were so great because we could drink them as kids cause they tasted like friut juice so it was OK. Loved that fact that girls like heather could do those things. Tomas Dolby blinded me with science, Jill loved the big gulp and Allison, like me, loves the "Good ole' days." You guys rock. Hey, also Bartle & James.
