Campbell's introduced its line of Chunky Soups in the early '80s; while such varieties as Sirloin Burger and Steak & Potato have stood the test of time, sadly, Fisherman's Chowder never had the same nationwide appeal. I remember having it sometime around 1983 and must have disappeared around 1985 or '86. Fisherman's Chowder was my favorite Chunky Soup. A good can of fish chowder is so hard to find...
