Description
Some kind of carbonated drink that came out around '89. Tasted terrible, but had the best commercial on TV. It's slogan was: "Cheerwine. It's not your ordinary soft drink, it's like...something else, okay?"

Cheerwine's been produced since 1917 in North Carolina. It is actually really good, especially with some Carolina barbecue!

You can buy Cheerwine anywhere in North and South Carolina still! I love it-tastes like a cherry version of Dr. Pepper

I visited North Carolina once and that's the only place I ever found this drink. I remember it well, it was quite good.

You can order Cheerwine directly from the manufacturer. The cost of a case is $12 (for 24) and the shipping will run you something like another $12. I think it's worth paying a dollar a can for!

Cherry Dr. Pepper tastes almost exactly like Cheerwine.

We don't have to take our clothes off to have a good time Oh no... We could dance & party all night and drink some cherry wine... Uh huh -Jermaine Stewart This song made me try Cheerwine ok he may or may not have been talking about cheerwine but I thought he was. The Cheerwine was terrible I couldn't even make it through the entire can. I got it on vacation at rest stop vending machine on the way down to North Carolina when I was like 12. Yuck!!! Very bummed at the taste but at least I can say I tried it!
