I loved Rollercoasters! They were really good...as long as you didn't look too closely at the meatballs before you ate them. That might be why they went of the market.

Oh yeah! I ABSOLUTELY LOVED ROLLER COASTERS!! They were definitely my favorite! Why they discontinued that dish...I have no idea. They should really bring those back; I'd love for my kids to try them!

I'm so glad I found this. I work with younger people and they all thought I was crazy -- they don't remember them. I have been crazing roller coasters for more than a decade! I LOVED them.

It's nice to see other people who remember this stuff. I wish I could see these old labels! :) I have tried, but nothing much turns up besides other old Chef Boyardee cans and ads (still fun to see after so many years)!

I grew up on Roller coasters! My sister and I had them as our lunch every weekend. We used to fight over the meatballs and my mom had to split them evenly!!

Two happy little kids on the label, one happy little kid at the table....me :) I talk about this stuff to my wife all the time and she thinks I'm crazy. I am crazy because I haven't had any Roller Coasters for about 25 years! That other canned lasagna just doesn't cut it. The sauce is way different.

God, I so miss this! They should bring it back. It was my favorite food from the 80s. Like everything else good, they stopped making it.

Believe it or not I hated all of the Chef Boyardee products....all but one! Roller Coasters tasted different than all of the rest and they were FANTASTIC! I remember opening the can and the noodles and meatballs were tightly packed and I would just dig in with my spoon and eat them right out of the can! They were truly special! Wonder if CB would sell the recipe and allow someone else to manufacture them since they obviously don;t care. Maybe we could convince them to offer them as a retro limited release for an anniversary or something....At least then we could buy a boatload and stock them up in our pantries.

Oh the sweet tangy sauce, the meatballs, the cool BLUE label. Every saturday after the saturday morning cartoons had finished, and soul train came on, the t.v. got shut off, and it was ROLLERCOASTER time, and then outside to play all day.
