Description
Chocolate-covered toffee, if I remember correctly. Kinda like a Heath Bar, only smaller.

This came in a box, like little Heath squares.

My friend hit me on the head with one of these and it left a mark!

Chelsea Chips were made by Brachs in the early eighties, they were like Heath Bars but even better, more buttery flavored. A friend of mine at college was rabid for them. Our group went to see On Golden Pond at the local theater, and when Henry Fonda said to his daughter "You're a chip off the old block, Chelsea" we all cracked up!!!

Here from 12 years in the future to talk about this candy. I just turned 40, so I had this when I was a wee lad, and it was 10x better than a heath bar. The closest thing that still exists is a Skor bar.

I craved this candy when I was pregnant in 1984. Thus my daughter was named Chelsie. We have always called her Chelsie Chip!
