Description
Chocolate drink in a little bottle a lot like Yoohoo but not as good. Very watered down chocolate taste.

Good memories around Chocolate Soldiers. I'm in my 50's. When I was a kid, in the 50's and 60's, I would spend time with my grandparents who owned a gas station/bait store in the country. My grandfather always kept Chocolate Soldiers in the inside bottom of the pop machine to keep them ice cold for me and my sister. It was always very hard to drink them slowly, as I usually chugged one down all at once. Good memories. Yoohoo pretty much supplanted Chocolate Soldier, but they were the best then and still beat Yoohoo. I haven't been able to find them for the last 7-8 years, until now. Looks like Pops in Arcadia, Oklahoma can get them. I'm going to try, and then try not to chug them, but enjoy them slowly. Probably won't happen.

Much better than Yoohoo's! We got them as kids growing up in Texas. Great! And it is impossible not to chug them.

We drank these as teens in the 80's in Texas. The best for a hangover. Does anyone remember Chocolate Time? There was always a debate about which was better. I think I remember preferring Chocolate Time.

Oh wow! I'm so glad all of you remember Chocolate Soldiers! I was afraid my husband thought I was making it up lol! I LOVED these as a kid! I was born in the early 80's and used to chug these all the time! WAY BETTER THAN YOO-HOO!!! I would love to have them again(: Maybe!

I saw some in a store off I-24 in Kentucky a few years back. A man was really excited. He hadn't see them in years and was buying some for his kids. Yahoo is a poor substitute for the Soldier.

I have 2 Chocolate Soldiers left I was saving for when my friend went camping with me. Alas, he died in '09; they're still in my camper.
