By far the best coconut drink available.. a milky, sweet lightly-flavored coconut drink made by Yoohoo. They stopped selling it mid-90s and I haven't been the same since...

OMG!!!!! Please bring back Coconut Yoo-Hoo. This was the best drink ever. I just found out they renamed it under KoKo Blanco, but only sold it in the southern Florida areas. Two years ago they discontinued that. Why they would do such a thing I don't know, but all you Coconut Yoo-Hoo lovers out there can sign the petition to bring it back

I too found it in Florida under Koko Blanco, but they stopped making that too! It was by far my all time favorite drink. I agree with so many of these posts. I too bought two or three at a time. One to chug and the others to savor. I would also buy it by the case, in bulk...etc. PLEASE BRING THIS BACK!!! - October 15, 2008 - Report this comment
I was probably four when coconut yoohoo was available and i still remember the taste and the devastation when my parents bought me a regular yoohoo with the claim that the store was all out of coconut and I was left hanging for 10 years. Oh well Im gonna sign the petition with the hope that I will taste it again. What would you do if you were granted only one bottle? where and how would you drink it?

I remember walking to the corner store to purchase coconut yoohoos when I was a little girl. I am now 25 years old. OMG!!! I loved these drinks. I have been calling the yoohoo company and requesting this drink. My parents also love it. If you ask me they shouldve done away with the strawberry flavor. If Im not mistaken I think that there was an banana flavor... UGH!! If this reaches anyone who is important and has the power to bring back this flavor. Do the world a favor and bring back the coconut yoohoo's!!!!

I grew up in Florida and loved coconut Yoo-hoo growing up. By far, one of my favorite beverages. My grandad used to love them too, but he has long since passed, and when I think of those things it brings up some great old memories! For God's sake Yoo-hoo bring them back for good, and if not, how many people does it take to at least do a limited batch?

I actually found a bottle in the mid-late 90' you can imagine, it wasn't too fresh. Did that stop me from drinking it? No. People don't believe me that this existed. Every time I bring it up, people look at me like I'm a crazy person with an amazing imagination. I need an image for proof. That amazing brown label...

Growing up in Miami I used to consume a bottle of Koko Blanco(Coconut Yoohoo)everyday after school. I had to walk home from my bus stop, and always went into the same gas station that was along the way, excited about drinking my favorite coconut drink. Now living in Charlotte North Carolina, I know that the chances of me finding a single bottle sold anywhere is impossible. Doing research online, I found that it was discontinued as of 2006. I just have to say that I am completely sad knowing that I will never again enjoy the smooth, ice cold, coconut drink that brings me back to my childhood. I have also spent numerous dollars ($30 at one time once) on plenty of other coconut type sakes, drinks, yogurts, sodas, waters at various hispanic supermarkets; in search for the nearest thing possible to Koko Blanco, but nothing came close. It would make me so happy to once again hold a full bottle of Koko Blanco in my hand.

Coconut Yoo-Hoo was my favorite drink in the world.I remember when my uncle purchased a Yoo-Hoo machine and whenever I would go over I would consume about 3 bottles sometimes 6 while I was there. No one else liked that flavor so it was all mine...untill the machine was empty. Then the creamy, cocnut beverage vanished from store shelves.I thought that with the comeback of Pepsi throwback and old fashion Coke which are made with real sugar that they might bring back some other old favorites.I have been looking up coconut Yoo-Hoo online and have seen alot of great demand for it.I wouldn't doubt if we saw it on store shelves in the comming future.Untill then I'll keep buying Goya Coconut milk which is pretty good but more expensive.

OK...I also thought I was alone out there! By far my favorite drink growing up. Does anyone remember the .10 CENT BOTTLE CAPS!?! I remember as a poor child scouring the parking lots looking for them, working for tips at 12 yrs old, just to buy a hostess pie and a coconut yoohoo. There are several food/drink items I miss from my childhood, but none more than this drink. Nothing else tastes like it or even comes close. PLEASE bring it back! ...the worst part of drinking it was how fast it disappeared from the bottle. Impossible not to chug it down...then the dilemma... Gotta go buy another one, which of course you try to drink slower. Love all the posts that say that...but really, it's not like 2nd bottle was slowly sipped like a fine wine...we say slowly because we could make the second bottle actually last 5 FULL MINUTES vs the 10 seconds of the first bottle. I didn't have the money to buy 6 packs and cases when I was a kid...I do now!!! And I would if it were available, so please yoohoo, do the right thing, and make this drink again. Worried about profits, and sales? ..SOLUTION: Make a nostalgic "comeback" and reintroduce this product for a limited time. Your audience for this product has grown dramatically in 20 years. Make it available for a limited time to "test" the market. Give all of us die hard fans a chance to stock up, while marketing to new fans! Try making it a summer product! Market it in South America too! Go worldwide with it. I am telling you, this could be huge. You may be surprised how big this just might become. Test the waters, and when it takes off, go all in for full year round availability. This will work! It's time, it's overdue, with all the vintage comeback items that are exploding in the market from foods to movies...this one done right can't miss! TRY IT! ....(round toaster pizza anyone??? Outside crust with light mild sauce and melted cheese in the middle? Hot pockets don't come close.... Again-no marketing killed this product. Last one: C W GRAHAM cereal from post, shredded graham cracker cereal...looked like shredded wheat, but made from graham cracker instead, both reg & frosted varieties were to die for!!!)

Sorry to be so wordy between the two posts, but I'm sure I'm not alone! Going to go rant on Facebook now...thanks for getting me started!
