Description
My sister and I used to go nuts for these things! They came 6 to a package and were basically like round, flat pieces of cornbread that you put in the toaster (a nice substitute for pancakes or waffles).

They were Toast-R-Cakes by Thomas's. I guess they still make the corn ones today. I believe they originally came in corn, blueberry, and raisin bran.
