These snacks were the best. hey were like combos but a potato chip shell instead of pretzel with dip in the middle. from what i heard combos sued them for patent infringment or something. which sucks because they were sooo tasty!!!! Miss them!

I miss Doolies, they were the best snack, much better than Combos! (don't know if this is true, found on another site:) Cornquistos was discontinued in 1992. Also had a Potato shell filled with Dip called Doolies. All the same company - Masterfoods. They still make Combos.

I loved Doolies. I have been trying to figure out what happened to them...they where great.

I have always wondered what happened to Doolies. Doolies when I was in Jr. High I'd always buy them at the pool for a snack. I'm glad to see there are others that miss them, too. Combo's are no comparison - bring back Doolies.

doolies was sued and shut down by combos. kinda sucks, cuz i loved them. i used to suck the dip out of them, then crunch them!!

OMG!!!!!! thanks google and yinz for remembering the name of these!!!!! i too miss them and wish like hell they were still around, i bet that if combos made these, they'd totally outsell combos, 5-1, cuz i'd be buying them like 10 at a time. i too loved sucking out the innards and chomping on the salty outer potato shell, mmmmmm!!!! wish i had me a big ol bag of the right now
