Description
It was soda that came in diffrent fruit flavors. Of course the labels had all the characters. If I remember correctly diffrent characters from the cartoon had diffrent flavors. It came out the same time as Flintstones Push-Ups Ice Cream bars. The fruit fizz didn't last very long, probably because of the taste.

They were good, I will never understand why they stopped selling them. The last time I had one was in 2002 or 2003.

I thought about these and decided to see if there were any pics online. When i ask people if they remember, no one does! The ones that i had were in bottles not cans. Does anyone remember the bottles?

ok first off-blair-it depends on 3 factors-the conditions of the cans 2. the popularity of the product 3. the name of the company that made the product secondly I remember seeing the cans and trying the bottles tasted too sweet to me

Two Flintstones products, Fruit Fizz and Push-Ups (frozen), came out in early 1990. Hanna Barbera Productions marketed these, but didn't disclose which company made them. These come close to coinciding with the John Goodman-Harold Ramis movie.

Flintstones Fruit Fizz was manufactured and bottled at what was then the Canandaugua Wine Company. I worked for them when they were called Constellation Brands in the early 2000's. Some of the bottling line crew maintenance people from those days were still working there when I was. Being a fan of the fizz I asked a couple of the folks about FFF and it was bottled on Line 1 (where 1L bottles of Arbor Mist were bottled at my time of employment). General consensus was that it was a pain in the a$$ as the bottles were small, plastic, and the retrofit attempts to the bottling line were not too successful. In my spare time I went hunting in the winemaker archives, looking for the recipe. My attempts came up fruit(fizz)less.
