This Kool-Aid had an octopus on the front with a top hat on. It was green powder but it changed to bright blue when it hit water. Not sure when this went away (90's I believe) but OMG, it was so good, my favorite of all time. I've even written to Kool-Aid to bring it back but no luck. :o(

I LOVED Great Blue-dini Kool-Aid! I always loved making it by filling the jug with water first and watching it change colors as i poured it in.

Yeah I wrote kraft to see if they could tell me what the dealio on the Great Bludini..while they were at it, could they tell me what happened to Purplesaurus Rex and Pink Swimingo. They Kool-Aid around today is so blah. All of these flavors were fab. my mom used to pour it in those "make your own"popsicle dealies and all the kids on the block were happy. good memories.

I wanted this, but my mother said it looked like windshield wiper fluid. I fondly remember it in my lunch when we joined the Baptist Church for a while and went on a church field trip to the zoo - they confiscated my spending money and didn't give it back to my mother, which didn't amuse her one little bit. :)

Loved Great Blue-dini! I drank so much in college that I was given the nickname "bludini". Please bring it back!

I still have an unopened package of it. I'm scared to try it, not because it is so old, but because then there will be nothing left to make another batch with.

Haven't had any or probably thought of it in years. Thanks for the reminder! It would be "k"ool if they'd bring back old flavors like this.

All of these old flavors were great like P Rex(which was a grape and lemon flavor)But the very best was Strawberry Falls! It was like regular Strawberry but had a very tart and sweet taste.

Did these wacky flavors come out in the late 80's or early 90's?
