Description
I remember them from the very late 80's, they were little gummy root beer flavored chewies in the shape of a soda bottle. I don't remember if they were marketed by Coke or not, but they were a HUGE fad when I was in 1st grade.

Not sure how 80s these are, but they're my favorite candy of all time!
You can still find these at Meijers, if you live in michigan.
We absolutely LOVED to get these from a little bookshop in Belgium where you could buy pieces of candies and bag and pay for them at the counter. The best was when they had the sour ones - coated in a fizzy sugar!
I remember buying at the Swiss Coloney in the mid to late 80's. I thought they were better than regular gummy bears/ candy.
MMM gummy cola bottles! The huge flat ones i got when i was a kid were the best! Now they suck. boo candy companies if ur gonna cash in on nostalgia do it right dammit!
When I go to the movies, I usually stop at one of those bulk candy places in my local mall and they have the gummi cola bottles from Haribo. SO good! I love 'em (along with gummi peaches and pineapple). I never saw or tried sour ones with sugar-salt on them, but that sounds amazing Sharon!
