Hostess still makes these but I have noticed they no longer call them "Hostess O's". They now call them "raspbery-filled donuts". Go figure.

I understand how some people feel about missing these delicious raspberry donuts, I truly miss them also. I was so desperate for these donuts I found some at a Hostess O's site and had some delivered to Ohio from California. I'm dead serious about these donuts!!!!!!!

What is the deal with these donuts? Are they only available on the west coast? Family in the midwest has looked all over there for them. Thought for sure I'd be able to ask a question on the Hostest website---no such luck. Love the donuts!

I loved the Hostess O's Donuts and used to be able to find them every once in a while around the Concord, CA day old bakery store and I'd buy them up and freeze what I couldn't eat right away. Then about a year to two ago, the store stopped getting them in on a regular basis and I was told every once in a while they'd show up. Well, now the day old bakery is gone and I can't find these donuts ANYWHERE!! Help, I want some, but $12 for two boxes, I've not come to justify this yet. Let me know if you know where my son and I can buy. He's hooked on them too, he used to sneak them and hide to eat them. ha ha

Never heard of these before last night. Was watching Fast Times at Ridgemont High and saw a poster on the wall of the 7-11 Brad was working at towards the end of the movie. Never noticed it before but there it was on the wall. Hostess O's! Makes me mad I never got to try these as they sound delicious.

Yeah, while Hostess was still operating they still made these but I noticed only in certain parts of the country. I moved from Idaho to Kentucky and could never find them east of the Rockies, but when I'd take a road trip back out west I'd start finding them in Colorado.
