Not an 80's item. I was a teen in the early 70's and ate them then.

Been around along time but still good. My mom gave them to me when I was a kid in the early 70's. Try freezing them! You can get them at the old time candy shops.

My parents used to give me these all the time. I still love them to this day, I wind up buying a couple just about every time I see them at the gas station.

There's a site called Old Time Candy that sells the original Ice Cubes plus a lot of other retro candy. It was a happy day when I found the site!

You can still get them in the Midwest in candy stores in the mall and some convenience stores.

I remember eating these all the time as a kid. They always had them in the store near the cash register on the counter and were in a round bowl container.

My mom was born in 1950 and says she remembers eating chocolate Ice Cubes candy as a child, so these have been around forever! I do recall them being pretty popular in the 80's though! I've always liked them. I hadn't seen them in many years but then in summer of 2010 I found them at a convenience store (Quik Trip I believe) outside of Kansas City, MO. They tasted really fresh and good so they're still making these somewhere out there!

NOT THE SAME as they used to be. Much smaller, reading reviews that say they don't even taste the same. I ordered some that came melted. I wouldn't even try to eat one. Sad, Sad, Sad!!!!
