My husband and I found this in the southwest on our honeymoon four years ago. We'd never heard of it. It was very tasty!

Came out in 1918 and still going strong (at least in the Northwest) today. Marketed as "The candy bar that makes Idaho famous" Has a marshmallow center which is covered with chocolate and sprinkled with coconut flakes and is shaped like a potato.
